Rental Prices can vary depending upon a number of factors. The prices listed are for a single use during peak periods. Rental rates during off-peak times are the lowest. Other factors that can lower the rent are longer term leases, use by charitable organizations, and use by a scholarship recipient.
Studio One rents for $75.00/hour (discounts available)
Studio One is our Grand Ballroom with over 1800 square feet that accommodates up to 130 people. Features include a twilight sand orange marmoleum sprung floor, organic green walls and a $10,000 state-of-the-art music system with 8 speakers. Studio One's amazing and spiritual space is best suited for a parties, dances, large group exercises, drill teams, performance, small theatre or workshops! Studio One also has adjustable lighting, adjustable overhead fans, removable mirrors, and a collapsible 8' X 16' stage. Our latest addition are two disco balls with colored lights. Tables and chairs are also available to rent.
Studio Two rents for $45.00/hour (discounts available)
Studio Two is a good sized studio with 1190 square feet which accommodates up to 79 people. Features include a 5x sprung maple wood dance floor and sky blue walls. This studio is conducive to many dance, exercise, workshop and movement events! Use of Studio Two's DJ music system is available with a deposit. A full-length mirrored wall is opposite a wall lined with windows which brings in natural lighting, or can be closed with adjustable blinds. Studio Two also has adjustable lighting and fans. The mirrors may be covered with the attached curtain.
Studio Three rents for $35 per hour (discounts available)
Studio Three is a more intimate studio with 570 square feet which accommodates up to 38 people. It features a green marbled marmoleum, 3x sprung floor and light-gray walls. Studio Three is perfect for more intimate meditation groups, meetings and small workshops! Studio Three also has mirrors, built-in projection screen, large wall white board and adjustable lighting and fans.
Studio Four rents for $40 per hour (discounts available)
Studio Four is our newest studio with nearly 800 square feet, which accommodates up to 49 individuals. The flooring is a twilight sand orange marmoleum flooring which is sprung 5 times. Natural light from two marbled glass windows brightens the room and its sky blue walls. Studio Four includes a DJ sound system, adjustable lighting and fans, and microphone capabilities. Studio Four is adjacent to the Studio One Ballroom and can be used in conjunction with it for larger events.
