At Galaxy, we offer a wide range of fitness classes selected to meet the unique needs of each individual --- from the moderate workouts of Pilates and Total Body Tuneup to the demands of Go Go Cardio and Latin Spice --- you'll fit in.
For best results, join a weekly class and do one session each week. When you are ready, add a second class each week. Or add a dance class to provide more balanced development.
